R.O. Projects was founded in 2016 by Roger Ochoa, who brought over 8 years of hands-on experience in the glass industry. What began with a foundation of satisfied clients quickly evolved into a trusted, high-performing team known for precision, transparency, and quality craftsmanship.
As demand grew, so did our leadership. In 2020, Daniel Ochoa joined as Managing Director, bringing strategic focus to operations and project delivery. In 2022, Stephania Torres became our Director of Finance and Human Resources, strengthening our foundation with sound financial leadership and a people-first culture.
